Searches and results
What can I search for?
A person's name combined with a company, a business email address or a phone number. Each search returns what public and professional sources publish, with the type of source displayed.
Why did my search return nothing?
Because no source lists the information you looked for. The service does not fill gaps with guesses and does not return unlisted or private data.
Does a reverse phone search identify who is calling me?
No. It returns the publicly listed holder of a number — typically a business or a directory entry — when one exists. It does not identify callers in real time.
Can I search for someone's home address?
No. The service does not search by address: it returns business contact details and is not designed to find where a private individual lives.
Which countries are covered?
Coverage follows the sources: it depends on what companies and professionals have published in each market, so results are richer in some countries than in others.
Can I export results in bulk?
No. Results are consulted one search at a time in your account; you transfer the ones you need to your own tools.
Data and sources
Where does the data come from?
Public web pages, public professional profiles, professional directories and business-data providers. The type of source is shown next to each result.
Do you keep a database of people?
No. Sources are queried at the time of each search and results live only in the history of the account that ran them.
How current are results?
As current as the sources at the moment of the search. The source type is shown so you can check the original if needed.
Is the service for personal use?
No. PeopleSpot is designed for professional use — sales, recruiting, verification — and the terms of service reserve it for that use.
Subscription and billing
How much does it cost?
A 48-hour trial at €0.50, then a monthly subscription at €39.90 unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices are in euros and include VAT.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, every month on the same date, until you cancel. A confirmation email follows every payment.
How do I cancel?
From your account, from the cancellation page with the email address used at sign-up, or by writing to [email protected]. The renewal stops immediately, nothing further is charged and your access runs until the end of the period already paid.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is generated for every payment and available from your account.
I do not recognise a charge on my statement
The descriptor depends on the payment provider. Write to us with the date and the last four digits of the card and we will identify the subscription and, if you wish, cancel it immediately.
Account and support
How do I sign in?
With your email address: a one-time code is sent to it at each sign-in, so there is no password to remember. Accounts that chose a password can still use it.
Can several people share an account?
No. Each subscription is linked to one account and one user.
Is my search history private?
Yes. It is visible only in your account.
How do I reach support?
Through the contact form or at [email protected]. We answer by email.
